Fed: Jobless will be given $5,000 to move to get jobs
People living in areas of high unemployment reportedly will be offered up to five thousand
dollars to leave home and take jobs in other parts of the country.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports the federal government will launch a pilot government
before the end of the year .. hoping to lure single people to places like Darwin and Western
Australia .. where there are chronic skill shortages.
Residents in regions suffering from higher-than-average unemployment .. like the New
South Wales north coast and Sydney's outer suburbs .. will be targeted with the offer.
